Goda Yoga Hosts Weekly Buddhist Meditation Meet Up This Saturday Afternoon

Goya Yoga at 9711 Washington Boulevard in downtown Culver City invites you to their Weekly Meditation Meetup this Saturday (and indeed every Saturday) at 3 p.m. There is no charge.

The meditation technique they practice is easy to learn and very good for both beginners and those with some previous experience of meditation. Each class gives an introduction to two types of Buddhist meditation, a guided calm-abiding meditation to develop a clear and peaceful state of mind, followed by a reflective meditation on a key Buddhist topic, such as impermanence, karma, loving-kindness and compassion Cushions are provided.

Goda Yoga has been in the Culver City community for 10 years. Check out their web site for information about their daily schedule, monthly events, and workshops.
