North East Trees Invites You to Help Re-Imagine Culver City's Parks

North East Trees, an environmental non-profit organization, invites you to a public workshop that aims to aims to re-imagine Culver City’s parks and open spaces this Wednesday, May 9, from 7 p, to 8:30 pm. at the Veteran's Memorial Building.

Participants will learn and share ideas about the types of passive recreation or wellness activities they would like to see and do in the city's parks and open spaces. Subsequent workshops in August will focus on preliminary designs for possible eco- and people-friendly improvements. 

North East Trees is dedicated to bringing nature back to Los Angeles by developing urban forestry solutions, building parks, trails and green spaces, restoring the watershed, training youth and young adults in environmental disciplines, and involving the community in in all these projects to improve their environment.
