The Runyon Group Presents the Final Proposed Design for Parcel B in Downtown Culver City

The Culver City City Council is tasked with overseeing the process of deciding what kind of a development should go in Parcel B -- that 1-acre plot of land between Ince Parking Structure and the Culver Hotel. Earlier this month, the four design finalists presented their designs to the council and a packed house of Culver Citizens. Last week, I showed you images from the presentations of the Tolkin Group andCombined Properties. On Monday, I showed you some image of what Cardiff Realty presented.

Today, I have images from the design presented by The Runyon Group, which is characterized by a Spanish and Missionary style. The name of the project is Paseo, which "references a simpler time when neighbors met each other in the central town plaza for an afternoon walk or coffee." Paseo is a "village-like collection of buildings surrounded by beautiful open public space. "

You can read the entire proposal here.
