Where Am I? Game

Each friday at 6:00 pm, I'll post a picture of something in Culver City that is 'hiding in plain sight.'

This time, it's a whole building, but it's a little tucked away: do you know where in Culver City it is?

High above Sepulveda Blvd., outside Chubby's Cruisers. That's at 5430 Sepulveda, to be exact, on the west side of the street, between Sawtelle and Slauson.
