While in Culver City Obama Professes His Love for Spiderman

According to DailyIndia.com, President Obama briefly geeked out about his love for Spiderman during his recent trip to Sony Studios:

At the three fundraisers at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City and Tavern restaurant in Brentwood, the President appeared most star struck not at the sight of Steven Spielberg or George Clooney but by the fact that he spoke on the Sony stage most recently used to film "Spider-Man 4."

"I'm all psyched up about that," the Politico quoted him as saying.

When an audience member asked, "Will you play a part?", Obama admitted his love for the flick.

"Seriously, I'm very big on Spider-Man," Obama said.

Of course, this wouldn't be the first time President Obama encountered Spiderman. Back in 2008, Marvel created a whole special edition that featured Spiderman foiling an attempt to interrupt the president's inauguration.

Lest we forget, the issue also included a panel where the president greeted the superhero with one of his infamous fist-bumps. Thanks, partner!
