Expo Line Extension from Culver City to SM -- On Target for April or May 2016 Opening

According to Curbed LA, the Expo Line extension from Culver City to Santa Monica is entering its last phase of testing and will (likely) be open to the public in April or May of 2016. Culver City Architecture: Pitti House

This craftsman bungalow, on the northeast corner of Farragut Dr. and Lincoln Ave. was built by Dan Coombs, who also built (and lived in) the Craftsman-style house at 4245 Duquesne.

Antioch University Highly Rated By U.S. News for Serving Adult Students

U.S. News released a report ranking schools based on the percentage of students enrolled in undergraduate programs in the 2014-2015 academic year age 25 or older, and Antioch University’s Midwest (AUM) campus came in as number one.
