Marriott Courtyard Westside Hotel Sold to Hersha Hospitality Trust



According to GlobeSt.com, Hersha Hospitality Trust of Philadelphia has signed a deal to acquire the 260-room Marriott Courtyard Westside in Culver City for $47.5 million. The property at 6333 Bristol Parkway, a familiar landmark to commuters on the 405.

A Rainbow is Coming to Culver City

Culver City Parks: Carlson Park

Construction begins on Monday to Widen Sepulveda Boulevard

If you've ever tried to drive southbound on Sepulveda during rush hour to get to, say, the Fox Hills Mall, you know how impossible it is.
