The paving of the parking lot of the Expo Line's Culver City station is now complete. As of this morning (it was foggy), the whole parking lot is open. Good thing! When it was divided in half, it filled up quickly! My personal thanks to all those who made it happen.

The Willows Community School, in the Hayden Tract area of Culver City, has purchased the property just to the east of their campus, 8510 Warner Drive, for $3.36 million. The 11,200-square-foot industrial building was vacant for months at the time of sale. The school plans to use the property for a future expansion.…Continue
