Indiecade 2013 Coming to Downtown Culver City This Weekend



IndieCade 2013, an international festival of independent video games, is coming to downtown Culver City on October 5th and 6th. It's big news in the videogame world, but even if you have only a passing interest in videogames, you can have some real fun at the event.

You can participate for free in a couple of different ways.

Sang Yoon of Culver City's Father's Office Eliminated from "Top Chef Masters"

Bush Way in Culver City Will be Renamed after "Queen of Culver City" Ursula Vera

This Monday the City Council approved the renaming of Bush Way in Culver City to honor Albert and Ursula Vera. Ursula and Albert served as the owners and proprietors of Sorrento's Market, a Culver City landmark on Sepulveda Blvd since 1963. The street, which is adjacent to Sorrento's Market, will be named for Ursula, who passed away in April of 2011.
